TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the terms & conditions carefully before placing your order. By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PAYMENT: Payment is to be paid in full at time of booking to secure a booking slot on our schedule.  Any changes made to your order after it has been paid may incur additional charges.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund. There is no refund on helium orders, no exceptions.

REFUND POLICY:  Refunds will be issued by check less any supply costs incurred, as well as any credit card fees incurred during the processing of your initial payment.  We will not refund payment on any installations for errors made by the requestor when submitting the order, if the event space is not install-ready.

INCLEMENT WEATHER:  If hazardous weather conditions prevent set up of your event, we will reschedule with you.  If we are unable to reschedule the event, a full refund will be given.

DELIVERY:  Event items will be delivered at the time given on your email confirmation unless other arrangements have been made. Minimum order for delivery is $150. Should you be unavailable to accept delivery we will wait as long as we can. There is a $25 charge per 15 minutes that we need to wait for set-up to begin. If we have back-to-back deliveries scheduled, we may not be able to wait. If this happens, we will attempt delivery again during our next availale time slot, ($100 re-delivery fee applies.) No refunds will be given.

PICK-UP: We will arrive at the scheduled/agreed upon time for pick-up. Should your party not be ready for tear-down we will allow a 10 minute grace period. At that time, you will need to choose from the following options:

  1. Begin tear down

  2. Begin accruing late pick-up charges ($25 fee per 15 minutes that we wait to begin tear-down.)

  3. Reschedule pick-up (Additional $100 fee applies.)

DAMAGED/MISSING EQUIPMENT:  All backdrops, equipment, and signs remain property of Rise Up Balloons, LLC. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the backdrops, balloon displays is strictly prohibited. Installations should not be moved without written consent from Rise Up Balloons, LLC. Any damage to the backdrops, displays, or equipment are the sole responsibility of the client.  The client is responsible for replacement of all damaged or missing equipment or signs at the full replacement value, including labor costs to re-build equipment.  Rise Up Balloons, LLC reserves the right to decline orders for any reason.

LATEX BALLOONS USED OUTDOORS: When latex balloons are used outdoors, they are are impacted by a variety of elements including but not limited to sun, wind, hot/cold air, and humidity. We cannot guarantee how long a latex balloon design will last outside. Typically, they last about a day.
